Let's be honest, cardio is not everyone's best friend. Unfortunately, we should all be engaging in a minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity a day. That's why I am so passionate about Beachbody.
Beachbody offers so many different styles of training and videos ranging from 10 minutes to an hour. If you decide to take this route, I will be your coach guiding you through your journey and helping you with the special Beachbody portion control system. You will also be added to my challenge group to help you be more accountable.
With Beachbody, I will be there for additional help but it is a more self-guided approach. You will be responsible for how fast or slow you get your results. This may sound intimidating but just remember anything is possible if you really want it. With this option, you will have access to all the tools necessary for your success as well as be introduced to the incredible Shakeology.
Shakeology is awesome, I drink it after my workouts for that extra boost of nutrition. It is not only filled with nutritious ingredients but can be a part of your amazing results. Don't get me wrong, after all, this is NOT a magic shake that will make all your wishes come true. Only you and your dedication can make your dreams a reality.
