Together you and I will customize a plan based on the information I collect from a questionnaire you fill out. Plans are set up with either custom macro nutrient split, calorie goal or portion control, depending on what suits you best and will get you results! No restrictions (unless requested).
Your training plan will be based on where you are currently starting out and change as you progress. The plan will change depending on that progress. Don't forget I will be available to help you succeed in your journey. You will need to fill out a questionnaire for me where I will find out everything I need to know about you.
-Your current physique & desired physique
-Your health information.
-Time & equipment you have available to workout
-Your personal workout preferences (plyometrics, circuit-style training, weight training, cardio-based workouts, etc!).
This workout plan is a 7-day plan with anywhere between 0-3 rest days, depending on what you prefer/require. It is intended to be repeated for 4-6 weeks. It may also include cardio recommendations if needed to achieve your goal.
Note: Once I receive back your completed questionnaire, it may take up to 7 days to receive your plan (but is often a lot sooner!).
