"The Body Achieves What The Mind Believes"

 1. What should I expect when I sign up?

Having me as your personal trainer means I will go beyond what is expected. I will create your custom plan, give you nutritional advice but will also help correct any muscle imbalance you may have.

You will check in with me weekly via e-mail, the e-mail you send should include your weight, progress photos and how the week went in detail. I will respond with questions and adjustments if necessary. Building positive relationships with my clients is very important to me. The more you communicate with me the more I can help you.

I will also be available via text if you have a quick question, need some encouraging words, or maybe you just want to tell me about a victory you had!

2. How long will it take me to see results?

Results vary from person to person, depending on goals, body composition and level of commitment. You will see results if you set goals, stay on track, stay consistent, as well as, be positive. Many clients see results as little as 2 weeks, other it takes about 6 weeks but a key component is to re-evaluate your training on daily basis and remember long term success takes time.

3. I can not afford a gym membership and have no equipment. Can you help me?

Yes! I can create a custom plan based on little to no equipment. All you need is your commitment to giving it 100% and I can help you.

4. I've never done a fitness program before, will I be able to complete it?

There is no short cut, we all start in the beginning and all you need is to believe in yourself. I will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and feeling confident about yourself.

5. If you're a personal trainer, why do you also have a Beachbody business?

When I found my passion for helping others reach fitness goals, I also found out that most people feel self-conscious about going to the gym. The gym itself causes some people anxiety but that wasn't going to stop me. I went back to the beginning of my journey and it all started with Beachbody.

When I started I was doing P90, my husband was deployed and I didn't have a lot of free time or extra money to spend on gym memberships or baby sitters.  At first I could barely keep up with the program but eventually, I moved up to P90X and Insanity.  I was able to workout from home and the best part is that all the programs come with different meal plans that are based on the program intensity and portion control.

6. If I drink Shakeology will I be able to lose weight faster?

Thousands of people hear about Shakeology on a daily

bases and this is by far my most commonly asked question. I honestly love the product and wouldn't promote it if I didn't like it. It helps me stay within my daily caloric goal (yes, even trainers have goals, LOL). However, there is no magic shake, if there was everyone would have their ideal body. People who drink Shakeology will replace one meal of the day with a shake and usually start a new workout program. So their weight loss is a result of both, better food choices and being more physically active.

I promote the shake because like I said, it helps me keep better track of the calories consumed but also, it has over 23 vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, amino acids, and antioxidants. There are a variety of flavors with vegan options and it will be easier and better for your goals to make a shake instead of driving for fast food.

7. What is the My Challenge Tracker App?

It's an app provided by Beachbody to help Coaches provide daily accountability and motivation. It helps with workout tracking, support and it's a tool I use to help my clients reach their goals.

8. If I buy a Beachbody program can you still help me with my workouts?

Yes! The Beachbody programs are amazing but if you still want more, I can certainly help. Just send me an e-mail and we can get started.

9. What are your plans for the future?

My plan is to open up my own gym in the next year or so. I live by the rules, " if you want something, then work hard, give it all you got and take it". I am 100% committed to helping as many people as I possibly can, and I will reach my goal.

10. What made you become a Certified Personal Trainer?

When I started my journey I was lost, I kept trying to piece together workouts and meal plans I saw on Youtube or Pintrest but It never gave me any results. I then invested on an online trainer/ competition coach and realized I had it all wrong. I fell in-love with fitness, the journey, and the process to reach my goals. I started motivating others to get fit and it became a mission to be that person to everyone around me. I want to be that positive influence and reason you don't quit.
