The most important thing you can do when starting your journey is getting a personal trainer that will give you the training, knowledge, and motivation to achieve your goals. This package includes a free 30-minute consultation and a customized training plan specific to you. Together, you and I will create a custom plan and fitness strategy to not only meet your goals but to exceed them. If you don't want to leave the comforts of your own home, I can come to you. The plan will be created based on the questionnaire filled by you before our first session. We will then meet at agreed upon location and fulfill the workout.

You will have access to me via e-mail, text or FaceTime for questions, guidance or extra support beyond weekly check-in’s


For this package, I send you a questionnaire to find out everything I need to know about you.



-your goals

-your current physique & desired physique

-your health information.

-the time & equipment you have available to workout

-your personal workout preferences (whether that means, plyometrics, circuit-style training, weight training, cardio-based workouts, etc!).


Note: Based on location. Once I receive back your completed questionnaire, it may take up to 7 days (depending on your availability) before our first session but is often a lot sooner! 



$40 for 1 session

$175 for 5 sessions ($35 per session)

$250 for 10 sessions ($25 per session)
