This package is semi-private meaning it’s designed for a group of 2-4 people. This is a great option for individuals who can commit to more than once a week. It benefits you by offering motivation, camaraderie, accountability and friendly competition while surpassing individual fitness goals. This option includes a questionnaire, plan based on goals, and free 30-minute consultation.


For this package, I send you a questionnaire to find out everything I need to know about you.

 It includes:

-your goals

-your current physique & desired physique

-your health information.

-the time & equipment you have available to workout

-your personal workout preferences  (plyometrics, circuit-style training, weight training, cardio-based workouts, etc!).


Note: Based on location. Once I receive back your completed questionnaire, it may take up to 7 days (depending on your availability) before our first session but is often a lot sooner!



$75 per person for 3 sessions ($25 a session)

$120 per person for 6 sessions ($20 a session)

$180 per person for 12 sessions ($15 a session)
