Overview of Services


 I am a firm believer that there is NO one size fit all nutrition or fitness regime. If the plan I have designed for you is not something that you enjoy, then I will adjust accordingly. Just be aware that the change you want to make will be challenging and you will reach your goals when you get outside your comfort zone. 


As a personal trainer, I guarantee to give you 100% dedication but, I expect that same level of dedication to the plan that I design for you! My goal is to make a plan you enjoy and fit your needs not force you to work around my plan. Everyone is different and how your body will respond to the program varies. That’s why I have check-ins once a week with weight and photos. These photos are confidential between you and me. I use them to track your progress and make the necessary adjustments to your program. 


I create plans for people who have gym memberships, home gyms, little equipment or no equipment at all. I have experience in many different styles of training, from circuit style, Tabata, to heavy lifting and have yet found a client who is too challenging for me to work with. Remember, it can take up to 6 weeks or even longer to start noticing a change, so do not get discouraged, trust the process! The key to success is hard work, consistency, envisioning and believing in your goals! 


The goal of my nutrition program is to guide you to be more creative and enjoy food while getting results. I am happy to assist you in designing your own meal plan around a certain set of macros or calories and I will help educate you in not becoming dependent on anyone to be successful! I am always available to answer questions, give you delicious recipes, or to help you find ways to make this a lifestyle.You will learn the right nutrition for your needs/goals and how it works for your body. Plus what macros are, how to track macros, why this lifestyle works. So lets get started!

I am so excited to help you on your journey but before you contact me please be aware that I will need 100% dedication everyday. That does not  mean you will need to workout 7 days a week but you do need to be committed to your nutrition. After all if you want incredible results you need incredible dedication.

All plans start that following Monday after I send it, unless we discuss otherwise. I respond to email/check-ins with in 48 hours or sooner. Please do not re-send your e-mail until that time window has passed because it clutters up my e-mail and makes it harder for me to respond to everyone.
